How Do I Return My Order?

If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase from Skelapparel, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund less any shipping costs. To return an item, please obtain RAN by contacting us and provide your name, order number, what product(s) you are returning. All return item must be in unworn and new conditions, still contains the original tags if any, and is in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. We do not accept any returns with obvious wear and cigarette smoking smell or any other odor such as perfume and Cologne on the garments. Once your return is received and inspected by our shipping dep. (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will process your refund and you will be notified by email once your refund has been processed. Shipping and handling cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error. If order was shipped to you for free, then there won't be any shipping fee deduction. When you return a item, we do strongly suggest that you track and insure your package, as we are not responsible for lost / returned packages.

 The return of incorrect, damaged or defective merchandise that meets the guidelines listed below will also be accepted.

Defective / Damaged Merchandise: Returns for Manufacturer defects and damages during shipping will be accepted. Please contact us via e-mail within 7 days of delivery and let us know your name, order number and brief explanations of the item condition. If the item is in stock, we will re-ship the new item without any cost or you will receive a full refund if we do not have the item in stock.

Incorrect Merchandise: Contact us via e-mail within 7 days of delivery if you received an item different than what was described on the website or is the wrong size, color, or style than what you ordered. If the item is in stock, we will re-ship the correct item without any cost or if the item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund and send you a pre-paid return label for the wrong item to you within 7 days.

Final Sales Item / Clearance Item

All final sale / Clearance items is not returnable or exchangeable.

Returning a Gift ?

Please contact us via email and let us know you want to return the gift you have received with the order number. We will send you a RAN and instructions on how to return the item and once we receive your return, we will refund the total item amount to the giver’s original payment method.

Items Returned by the Gift Giver

Using the Online Returns Center

Visit the Online Returns Center and identify the gift as an item you purchased. Once the return has been processed, you will receive a refund to the original payment method.

Gifts Purchased from Sellers

If you receive a gift that was purchased and shipped from a Marketplace seller, you will need to ask the gift giver to initiate a return through the Online Returns Center. Refunds for orders purchased from other sellers will always be issued to the customer who placed the order.

Note: Amazon handles all the customer service and product returns for "Fulfilled by Amazon" items. If the item is sold by a seller, but fulfilled by; you, the recipient can use the Online Returns Center without notifying the gift giver.

Undeliverable Gifts

The purchaser is refunded in cases when a package is returned to as undeliverable, whether the order was marked as a gift or not.
