Skelapparel Return Policy

How to Return an Item
At Skelapparel, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return items within 15 days of the original purchase date for a full refund of the item price. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unworn (except for trying on), unwashed, and in new condition (free from deodorant stains, body odor, perfume, or cologne smells).
• The original tags (if any) must still be attached, and the item should be in its original packaging.
• All returns will be inspected upon receipt.

Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately @ info@skelapparel.com and we will provide a return shipping label. If you choose to use your own shipping method, please note that we will not reimburse postage costs.

Items We Cannot Accept

• We do not accept returns for items that show signs of wear, have been washed, or have noticeable odors such as cigarette smoke, perfume, or cologne.

Returning Shoes

• Please do not use the shoebox as your shipping box. Shoes returned in a damaged box or with signs of wear will be subject to a 50% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
