Beautiful and unique design two tone color dress. It features one piece dress which has the appearance of an under-bust outer dress worn over a bow-neck under-dress. There are buttons which run down the mock front opening that can be unbuttoned to show fabric underneath. The diamond shaped neckline features a collar and an inset bow bustier. The roomy sleeves have functioning button cuffs. Lace tie in the back for adjusting the fit. The skirt is a full paneled skirt.
