Was pleasantly surprised at this dress. I rarely have good luck with the retro looking clothing. This was EXACTLY what I wanted! It is a nice cotton mix as they would have worn. The fit was perfect & the tie makes it easily adjustable to loosen or tighten. Super flattering even for us flat chested girls :)
